I help busy women heal their back pain at home without complicated exercise regimens.
And I’m all about keeping it simple! As a chiropractor and mom of three, I know how hard it is to find time for ourselves. The truth is, self-care is not about fancy exercises, expensive products, and designer yoga pants. It’s 100% about figuring out what works for you and doing that consistently. That’s how we get rid of chronic pain, lose weight (for good), gain energy, and overall feel confident and strong.
The tricky part for many people is the part about figuring out what works for them - that’s where I come in. 😉

Nope! The beauty of my system is that it only takes 30 minutes per day and you can do everything right at home. The exercises are low-impact and easy but best of all, they feel soooo good.

I recommend that you learn to work with your intuition when deciding which treatment options to choose and then discuss those options with your doctor for approval. If you follow my recommendations and still don’t feel better, then please discuss this with your doctor for further help.

No - our sessions are meant to educate and motivate; not treat. Because I am not your doctor, health insurance will not pay for this course.

Nope! This course is educational only, meaning there will not be a doctor-patient relationship between you and I. Our coaching sessions will help you identify your pain patterns, though, and teach you safe ways to help yourself. But, you should always discuss any and all health concerns (including your discomforts) with your doctor before beginning any program.

The only thing I can guarantee is that spending time taking care of yourself is always better than not! If you apply the techniques you learn in this course along with guidance from your doctor, I believe you will achieve your goals.
