How I Healed My Back Pain Using Intuition and Routine

Hi!! I’ve been wanting to create this website for so long! As a chiropractor and mom of three little kids, I am crazy passionate about helping women find ways to feel comfortable and confident.

Back pain sucks. There’s no better way to say it! It creeps in, makes itself at home, and sticks around like an unwelcome guest.

I understand it from a practitioner’s standpoint after almost a decade of patient care but more importantly, I understand it from a patient’s standpoint, too. I spent the last month of my second pregnancy in the hospital getting 4-6 hours of Non-Stress Tests per day with a grand total of 90 tests. Kind of extreme, right?!

It was hours of laying awkwardly still in my hospital bed while powering through throbbing, aching, and sharp pain in my back.

So, yes. I understand back pain. 

During this time, here’s what I wanted more than anything: relief, control, and to feel like myself again.

I decided I’d had enough. I popped in my earbuds, turned on Beyonce Radio, and started putting together all the tools and techniques that my education taught me. I decided that it didn’t need to be complicated; I knew it just needed to be right for ME.

So, I learned how to connect to my intuition and used my gut feelings to decide which tools and techniques to use to heal my back pain. I stuck with my daily routine and it FREAKING WORKED.

This is what my program Get Comfortable is all about! It’s the training I wish I had during that time because it would’ve saved me weeks of discomfort and frustration.

The crazy thing is that I’ve been taking care of women for years in my private practice and I can easily say that back pain does not discriminate! It affects so many of us women.

It can show up at any point, making sleeping, working, and relaxing all annoying AF.

I’m here to help.

Between raising three little kids and running a business, I’ve found that self-care is NEVER indulgent…it is a necessity! As women, this is how we recharge. This is how we stay energized to take care of others, our careers and our homes.

This is how we stay HAPPY, HEALTHY, AND PAIN-FREE.
